Fred and Lisa Redfish Charter fishing in Lake Catherine

Fred and Lisa’s Redfish trip

Fred and his wife Lisa were in town from Washington state. They wanted to do some inshore fishing while staying in New Orleans. We started out working the shorelines in Lake Catherine, but after an hour of no bites, we moved to the Biloxi Marsh. within an hour of arriving at the marsh, 10 redfish were in the box. Fred and Lisa had several double hookups, which made the trip very exciting. After the limit was caught, we went looking for speckled trout. On second stop we found a hungry school of Louisiana speckled trout and they loaded the box with 23 trout before it was time to head back. It was a good time for us all and they had their catch cooked that night in New Orleans.
